Eve Kharag

Eve Kharag will be exhibiting a series of paintings
based on on her trip to Cyprus as well as her works as well as her impressions
of London, UK.
Evelyn Anna Kharag is a UK-based artist She currently lives in
Manchester but travels quite extensively. Her works reflect both
her travels and the maturity that is acquired from her experiences.
Her work, born out of the places she has visited, the atmospheres,
textures, symbols and language which is often created by working
in traditional oils as well as works on paper.
She received her BA Honours in Fine Arts Her at Leeds Metropolitan
University,
Leeds. She uses conventional painting materials such as acrylics,
oils and
inks,
as well as
found materials to make beautiful, vibrant artworks. For Evelyn
the material itself has become a source of inspiration; speaking
its own language and possessing its own ability to interpret expressions,
allowing unconscious images to emerge organically.

Eve exposera une série de tableaux basés sur son
voyage de Chypres ainsi que de ses impressions sur Londres.
Evelyn Anna Kharag est une artiste d’origine britannique.
Elle vit actuellement à Manchester mais voyage beaucoup.
Ses œuvres reflètent à la fois ses voyages
et la maturité acquise grâce à ses expériences.
Ses œuvres « parlent » des lieux qu’elle
a visité, des atmosphères, textures, symboles et
langages créés par le travail avec des huiles traditionnelles
et aussi des travaux sur papier.
Elle a une maîtrise en Arts plastiques obtenue avec mention
de l'Université Métropolitaine Leeds de Leeds.
Eve utilise des matériaux habituels de peinture comme des
acryliques, des huiles et des encres, aussi bien que d’autres
produits qu’elle a trouvés. Tous ces matériaux
lui permettent de faire un magnifique travail d’art.
Pour Evelyn, la matière en tant que telle est devenue
source d’inspiration qui parle son propre langage et possède
sa capacité propre d’interpréter des expressions
permettant aux simples images inertes de paraître vivant.
